The shop is closed for the morning. The order book sits open on the counter where Harriet left it. Read what I wrote in the back room first. Then the seventeen clues. Apply them with a red pen, name by name, page by page.
The eighteenth clue is not among the seventeen. It is in something Harriet shared with her killer, though she did not know it. When you find it, you will know.
